If we receive your order and payment by our 12pm PST cutoff time, your order will ship the same business day. If we receive your order and payment after 12pm PST, your order will ship the following business day.

      Damaged or Lost Items in Transport:

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately by mail or by phone If the contents of your package is damage we will ship you a new product free of charge, or reimburse you the cost of the product.
